This works well and requires very little maintenance. Five teaspoons of seeds fills the container in 4 or 5 days. It drains out of the bottom and the inner container can be set up from the bottom of the outer container. This means you do not have to wait for the sprouts to drain before putting it up. It takes me about 10 seconds a time to rinse the seeds, 5 or 6 times a day to grow a batch of healthy sprouts.
I had to buy a second because we tend to run out of sprouts a little before the next batch is ready. I am also planning to use the second one to "proof" new seeds before adding them to the mixture.
FYI: This sprouter should not be used for gelatinous seeds such as chia.

I've been using Easy Sprouter for at least two years now. It's foolproof. It's super easy. I've never had a failure, even if I've been lazy. I have 2 Sprouters I use simultaneously -- I like to keep one for Mung beans (which I just eat right out of the container as they grow) and the other for radishes which my wife loves on salads.

How many attempts, with how many so-called sprouters I bought, have ended in utter disaster? Too many to count! But, with this little gem of a product, I'm having success and we're finally eating home-made sprouts! It' really IS easy, and a pleasure to use. So even if, like me, you've bombed in the past in the sprout department, have no fear, hope is here. "Easy Sprout" lives up to its name. This sprouter makes sprouting seeds, beans, etc. as easy as it can possibly be. I've tried alfalfa, wheat, barley, and garbanzos and all came out beautifully. I highly recommend it!
