Poor quality hose March 7, 2010 Gene (CA, USA) Do not buy this hose! It is very poor quality and developed several leaks the third time we used it.
Plastic coiled garden hose February 6, 2010 Edward W. Schoelz (Temple City, CA USA) Excellent hose. Much more substantial than the one I bought at the fair. Expensive, but I'm sure it will last a long time.
Decent price, average peformance September 29, 2009 Rex Racer (Kansas) I purchased because I had a hard time finding 1/2 inch locally. I've been happy with the hose so far. Not great, but definitely worth the price. I really didn't want to spend $40 or $50 on a spring hose, so this was a good deal.
Great auxiliary hose September 12, 2009 P. Kalina (Midland, MI USA) I bought this to extend the coverage of our one faucet in the backyard (facing east) to cover water needs for the north side our our house. I bought a good, brass Y-adaptor for the faucet, and attached the hoses. This coil hose fits into a large, light weight planter/pot, to hide it. When I need it, I just pull it out and use it for watering the planters, or washing the car in the driveway. This is a 1/2-inch diameter hose, and not one of the thinner ones you see at Lowe's and Walmart. It is very well-built and has held up well this summer. I expect many more years of use from it. Worth the price!
Not worth the money September 2, 2009 Carol J. Opria 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Purchased this for use in front of my house so I wouldn't have a tangled long hose laying around. I was very disappointed in this hose. After stretching it out once to wash my car, it didn't want to recoil on its own -- had to push it back together. Also, the connections leaked at both ends. Would never buy this kind of hose again.
